Hello World!!!

In Hindu religion, there is a custom of starting everything with "Shri Ganesha". In fact, this tradition has brought into existence one synonym to "starting-up" in India viz. "Shri Ganesha". Similarly, in programming world, there is an unwritten custom of starting-up with "Hello World!". This "Hello World!" tradition was started by the legendary programmer and the father of C language - Mr. Dennis Ritchie. Dennis Ritchie invented the C language and had written a book "The C language" to introduce his brainchild to other programmers. In his book, he started to teach C to the programing world with the famous "Hello World" program and the "Hello World" custom took off. After that, most technical authors followed Dennis Ritchie and introduced their technologies with "Hello World".

I, myself have started to learn the trades of programing with C language and that too with the help of same book - The C language. Being a programer and an indirect disciple of Mr. Dennis Ritchie, I just can not dis-respect him by breaching the custom started (unknowingly) by my programming master. Hence, I am going to start this blog with the "Hello World" post.

On this blog, "Quicklets", I am going to share some quick technology hacks, tips with you all with the hope that some fellow-programmers will be benefited.

Hope you all have enjoyed this quicklet describing the history behind "Hello World". This might not be new for most of the readers, still it will surely add a bit to some readers.

Happy Programming!!!
